T-Mobile myTouch 4G now official

T-Mobile has officially announced the myTouch 4G. It is the latest Android handset to explore their high-speed HSPA+ network. The myTouch 4G runs Android 2.2. It will be available on November 3rd for $199.

The HTC-designed handset has a 3.8-inch WVGA touch-screen display with virtual keyboard and Swype for easy text input. It is powered by a 1GHz Qualcomm SnapdragonTM 1GHz MSM8255 processor. Other specifications include a 5-megapixel camera, 8 GB microSD memory card, and a built-in media player.

The myTouch 4G has full access to the Android Market which has over 80,000 applications. The smartphone also has pre-loaded HD games. The T-Mobile myTouch 4G is available in four colors – white, black, plum or red.
