Windows Phone 7 app market/directory is open now. You can create your own app or game and submit. You can submit your created app at App Hub. App Hub is now open to all registered Windows Phone Marketplace developers. After you submit your app it may take 3-5 days for WP7 team to review your app and certify it for the App Hub. Windows phone had a decline in market after the launch of Android which is the best mobile OS no doubt. Certainly this move by microsoft is to compete with their biggest rival Google’s Android. Android Market already has 90000+ apps and it will be interesting to notice how windows phone 7 OS compete with Android.
To entice the develops Microsoft has also included training kit on their App Hub site, so that even a basic user can create an app and game following the tutorials. I am really impressed with this move. I wish Android too does something similar.
