Ben Folds is known for his amazing piano playing and is an intriquet part of the indie music industry. He also holds the roll of a judge on the musical show The Sing Off.
Lately Folds has been touting cappella. In the shows second season which began tonight, Dec. 6 on NBC, he gives the impression that the vocal style is old hat for the 44-year-old. But it’s only his recent collaboration with college a cappella groups from across the US entitled ‘Ben Folds Presents: University A Cappella!’ that readied him for the prime-time critiquing.
