
Research In Motion is preparing three new versions of the BlackBerry smartphones, they are the BlackBerry Dakota, BlackBerry Apollo, and BlackBerry Torch 2. BlackBerry Dakota has the look almost the same as the BlackBerry Bold and a QWERTY keyboard. Equipped with 2.8-inch wide screen, the BlackBerry Dakota is equipped with five-megapixel camera, 4 Gigabyte memory, and running the BlackBerry operating system OS 6.1.
While the BlackBerry Apollo is the successor of the BlackBerry Curve, and fall into the category of middle to lower or mid-end. Because targeted to the low-middle end. BlackBerry Apollo has a screen with a resolution of 480 x 360 pixels, and a 5 megapixel camera.
BlackBerry Torch 2 still retain the same design as the BlackBerry Torch earlier. The most striking difference is the processor in it. If the BlackBerry 9800 Torch uses chips with a capacity of 600 MHz, BlackBerry Torch 2 uses a 1.2 GHz processor.
