Seas0nPass is like a PwnageTool and Sn0wbreeze that allows you to create custom Apple TV IPSW files and restore them in iTunes. Currently, Seas0nPass only supports 2nd-gen Apple TV 2 and is Mac OS specific.
This updated version of Seas0nPass incorporates the latest kernel based exploit from GreenPois0n to untether jailbreak on iOS 4.2.1. Using this updated version of Seas0nPass you can jailbreak Apple TV 2G untethered on iOS 4.2.1. For your kind information Seas0nPass is similar to Sn0wbreeze for Windows or PwnageTool for Mac.
