
There’s a small and yet interesting update to the Skype app for iPhone and iPod Touch which extends its cross-platform calling capabilities to do video calling to the Skype for TV. This new feature in Skype app version 3.0.1 enables iPhone users to video chat with friends and family on big TV screen by incorporating the h.264 compatibility.
Now you can make video calls on some of the devices that have this features which includes some models of LG, Samsung and Panasonic. Vizio and Sony have announced that they will implemented SkypeTV function in some of their upcoming models of HDTV.
