Apple has released iTunes version 10.2 for Mac and Windows. As we know the iTunes 10.2 will be required by iPad 2 which will be released on 11th March along with iOS 4.3. The iTunes 10.2 will be compatible for Windows 32,64 Bit and Mac OS X.
