The Microsoft Kinect Xbox 360 has become the world fastest selling consumer electronic device, according to the Guinness book of world record. Microsoft has announced that they have released more than 10,000,000 (ten million) Kinect worldwide.
The Guinness book of world record statistics shows that Microsoft has sold Kinects average 133,333 units per day which means 8 million units have been sold in last two month.The figure is mind blowing and it has even surpassed both Apple iPad and iPhone first 60 days sales figure.
It’s crazy but also quite understandable why Kinect XBOX 360 is unbeatable. By introducing kinect, Microsoft has taken the futuristic approach to gaming which took the world by surprise that is only reason of its huge sales figure.
