These are the steps I followed to request a refund:
- Open iTunes
- Log on to your account
- Go to purchase history
- Here you will have to select the iPhone app you want to refund for
- Now select “Report a Problem”
- Fill out form with reason for refund (nicely)
- Wait
Once you submit your refund request your will get response form Apple in quick time. Remember if your don’t have valid reason for your refund then your refund request will be denied.
