Notebooks will continue focusing on the aspect of ultra-portability, but has some additional features like accelerometer touchpad, mouse buttons, and GPS

Vaio notebook P series that has been updated this weighs only 632 grams and of course give an 8-inch display with 1600 × 768 native resolution. The full specification is to use an Intel Atom Z540 1.86 GHz, 2GB RAM, GMA 500 integrated graphics, 64GB flash storage, digital compass, Motion Eye webcam, 802.11b/g/n WiFi, 3G, Bluetooth 2.1, and battery which can be used in the term time of 5 hours of usage.

Intel Light Peak to replace USB 3.0

Intel unveiled Light Peak technology, with which they hope to ultimately replace the profusion of different cables sprouting from today’s PCs with a single type of fiber-optic link. “We hope to see one single cable,” Perlmutter said, adding that one thing getting in the way of smaller laptops is the profusion of cable ports around the systems’ edges.

This prototype PC has the Light Peak controller and optical connector that sends signals down a single white optical cable. It will reach 100 gigabits per second in the next decade, said Jason Ziller, Intel’s director of optical input-ouput program office, in an interview. The company envisions Light Peak as a replacement for the cables that currently lead to monitors, external drives, scanners, and just about anything else that plugs in to a computer. A PC could have a number of Light Peak ports for different devices, or a connection could lead to a hub–perhaps an external monitor–with multiple connections of its own, Ziller said. It’s not clear how much the technology will cost or how many years it will take to become mainstream. And wireless communication technology–Intel itself has promoted Ultra-Wideband (UWB) for years–offers the attraction of getting rid of some cables altogether.

opera mobile for iphoneThe browser is one of the important things in the virtual world because without a browser, it is hard to do surfing, download, or “look-see”. There are several types of browsers, from IE (the official innate windows), Mozilla Firefox (a popular open source), the latest Opera and Google Chrome.
Of all the browsers that we would have a browser that we like or we too fanatical to the absence of the browser that we are lazy to play the Internet. For those who have Internet at home may not be a problem because it can download it but what about those who still go to cafes to play online. Sure would have difficulty because not all the cafes have all the browsers on their computers.

To overcome this portable browser is being created which means we can use anywhere without having to install it into the computer because it only uses Flash Disk (UFD).

Windows Phone 7 Games

windows7It appears that the very latest incarnation of Microsoft’s mobile OS, Windows Phone 7, is very heavily biased against the game or entertainment sector. However, every Windows Phone Series 7 phone will come with special buttons for Bing to provide one-click access to search from anywhere on the phone.
The main feature of this release is the six themes to focus ‘hub’ is built into the system. This is people, image, game, music + video, markets and offices. Microsoft Game hub offers what he called, “The first and only official Xbox Live experience on the phone.” There is no official, then?

Of course, music + video hub is the relationship to Microsoft’s Zune service. These include tighter integration with the songs any Zune owners have on his PC. Plus there are aspects of the Zune Social, so users can share their favorite songs with like-minded friends.

Opera Mobile browser really coming to iPhone?

opera mobile for iphoneA lot of excitement has been generated by an announcement from Opera this morning. According to the software firm the mobile version of its internet browser, Opera Mini, will be demonstrated as an iPhone app during Mobile World Congress. This is a welcome announcement for Opera fans with iPhones, who have so far been denied access to their browser of choice. But what does Apple think about this

The company foresees zero issues with the approval of the app, and hopes Apple will “not deny their users a choice in Web browsing experience”. Frankly, I hope Apple won’t block the app from appearing in the App Store either.

Once the app is completed and live in the App Store, Opera Software hopes people will be enticed to leave the iPhone’s Safari browser for what it is primarily based on the speed of its own product. The company says that Opera Mini for iPhone is up to 6 times faster than the native browser thanks to its compression technology, based on internal tests.
